Newbury Racecourse has some of the best hospitality facilities in the country, which are available on non-race days for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, dinners, weddings and team building events. We offer a variety of services including room service, dining menu, beverage list, audio-visual support and Wi-Fi access.
The Grandstand, built over three floors, can accommodate up to 1000 delegates for a conference, 850 guests for a buffet, 650 guests for a silver service dinner and provides over 1000 sq metres of exhibition space on the ground floor, along with 3-phase power.
The Hennessy Restaurant in the Hampshire Stand is ideally suited for conferences with electronic blinds giving full white out as well as 63 amp power. Accommodating up to 300 for a conference and 300 for a dinner, it is a stunning room with panoramic views across the Racecourse.
The Berkshire Stand offers over 40 rooms with magnificent views and balconies. The rooms can be used as syndicate rooms for larger events or as main rooms where the largest can comfortably accommodate up to 300 delegates.
Our Royal Box is perfect and unique for private dinners, boardroom meetings, cocktail parties or weddings. This stylish area has two main rooms, seating up to 25 people for a boardroom meeting, 50 guests for a dinner or 40 guests for a civil wedding ceremony.
