The Bear at Woodstock enjoys a prime location in the heart of Woodstock, close to major roads and motorways in the centre of England. It is the perfect venue to hold your conference, board meeting, private dining events, training or interviews.

The Old Glove Factory Conference Centre offers four state of the art, air conditioned rooms, with wooden beams and special features. In the main house there is also the Park Suite which is a perfect venue for a traditional meeting room or formal dining.

Woodstock Town Hall is also available for hire through the hotel (capacity of sixty people).

Our dedicated conference team looks forward to ensuring that any conference or event runs smoothly and the Head Chef and his team look forward to preparing their award-winning food.

Tailor made off site corporate activities e.g. packed lunches to Blenheim Palace can be easily arranged.

Accommodation comprises of fifty four bedrooms including seven four poster, seven suites and other feature rooms offering a rare combination of comfort and 21st Century convenience. All rooms feature a CD player.

WiFi access is available in all meeting rooms, providing fast secure and easy to use internet access for your meeting or event.
