Our state of the art conference centre boasts purpose built rooms making a total of eight air-conditioned suites offering flexible layouts and breakout areas. Our largest, the Aylesford suite caters for up to 200 guests theatre style or 180 for a dinner dance and is the perfect setting for conferences, weddings, seminars and exhibitions. Data projection, audio visual and ISDN facilities are available in all rooms. The popular Boot Bar and Restaurant offer a relaxed feel in a contemporary setting for a modern dining experience. We have 62 ensuite bedrooms complete with trouser press, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

Location and Parking

Situated in a rural location in the middle of the Midland motorway system i.e. M40 - 10 minutes, M42 and M6 - 15 minutes, M1 - 25 minutes. Nearest towns are Warwick and Kenilworth - 10 minutes, but Coventry and Solihull are only 15 minutes drive. 200 on site free car parking. From M42 (J5) follow A4141 to Warwick. At Fiveways roundabout take A4177 to Balsall Common. Hotel is on left. M6 (J4) follow A446/A452 to A4177. Hotel on right, M40 (J5) follow A46 north, then A4177.
