Hedsor House is a magnificent Georgian country mansion that offers you a private and peaceful setting for your meetings and events.
Set in almost 100 acres of glorious parkland, there are many opportunities for you to hold an event inside and outside the House. Only 27 miles from central London and 14 miles from Heathrow, and with a half mile driveway, few other venues can offer such exclusivity, privacy and potential.
Hedsor House is a venue offering flexibility. We have a number of rooms of different sizes that can be set up to your chosen meeting style. The types of events that can be held at Hedsor House include: meetings, conferences, training, product launches and seminars, brand launches, road shows, team building and activity events, staff incentive days, family fun days, drinks receptions, luncheons, fine dining, award ceremonies, corporate parties, charity events, summer balls, Christmas parties.
The team at Hedsor are experienced in running events and have worked within the industry for many years. Our experience is on hand to help you produce successful events. We understand that every event is different and that not one package suits all, therefore we have created various options for you to choose from, which include daily delegate rates, room hire rates and exclusive hire.
We will work with you to create the correct package to suit you and your delegates, ensuring you get exactly what you want and that your event achieves your objectives. Our DDRs can be tailored to your requirements, room hire is available and clients can bring in their own catering. Our exclusive hire offers you a 'blank canvas' opportunity to create your own design and styling for your event.
For exclusive use hire, we have a number of partners that we work closely with and can advise on these according to your budget and requirements. Alternatively, you can use your existing suppliers to help you create and deliver your event.
Hedsor House works with a local caterer to provide first-class catering for our daily delegate packages. The high quality of food and service will always be the same whether you are organising a small internal staff meeting or a fine dining event for your clients. We take great pride in serving the best produce and quality of food for every event.
Accommodation is provided by a selection of local hotels. We are situated close to a number of properties that offer our customers a choice of 2-star accommodation through to 5-star. We are easily accessible from the M4 and M40 motorways and close to Taplow, Burnham and Beaconsfield train stations.
