Hold a multi-media presentation in our state-of-the-art Planetarium or enjoy the latest interactive exhibits, from a walk-through tornado to a game of virtual volleyball. Explore is set out over two floors with themed exhibition zones, which can be hired individually or together to make a perfect venue for pre-dinner drinks receptions or team-building activities.

Rosalind Franklin room
Situated above the exhibitions is the impressive Rosalind Franklin room, perfect for entertaining up to 480 guests. This flexible conference and banqueting venue has stunning glass walls and open terraces, with spectacular views including Bristol's historic cathedral and Millennium Square, featuring water and light sculptures.

Explore Terrace rooms
The Rosalind Franklin room has increased in size by 50% to include three brand new breakout spaces: James Watson room, Maurice Wilkins annexe and Francis Crick room. These spaces can be used separately for smaller meetings and seminars or can be opened up into one large room for banquets and conferences.

Open Spaces
Featuring vibrant public art and interactive water and light sculptures, Explore-At-Bristol's award winning Open Spaces are Bristol's most central location, holding up to 7,500.
