Edinburgh University's Pollock Halls we have flexible conference, dining and accommodation facilities in a delightful location, successfully combining modern with traditional buildings at the heart of the city. With almost 2000 beds on site, we are one of the city's major accommodation providers.
The contemporary South Hall is flexible and seats up to 385 conference delegates. With its sprung oak floor and thematic lighting, it is ideal for evening events of up to 300 guests. The John McIntyre Centre is home to 4 modern flat-floored rooms suitable for hosting events of 20 to 160 delegates. The inspirational St Leonard's Hall boasts a wealth of period features and is one of two 19th century mansions on site. Suitable for any event including presentations, training or an intimate dinner, St Leonard's Hall can accommodate up to 60 conference or dinner guests in the largest of 6 beautifully appointed rooms.
Our newest venue, Salisbury Green Hotel and Conference Centre, offers four stylish function spaces for up to 40 for conferences or dinners plus 36 en-suite bedrooms available all year round.
The Edinburgh First portfolio also includes some of Edinburgh's most historic and notable buildings, including the McEwan Hall, St Cecilia's Hall, Playfair Library Hall and The Church of Scotland's 19th century Assembly Hall. Additional rooms at our central sites, George Square and King's Buildings offer tiered lecture theatres for up to 500 delegates plus ample breakout rooms out with semester time.
