For your business needs we offer 890 - 1500sq m of adaptable space for exhibitions and meeting rooms for interviews to 1216 plenary conferences. Charter Hall our large, flexible venue is fully equipped with concert PA, lighting grid, modular stage and back stage facilities plus seating combinations for up to 1216 people at both tiered and floor level.

For private functions for up to 150 we provide hospitality and meeting packages to suit breakfast business meetings, training seminars and team celebrations. Leisure World's Classics Bar and Restaurant overlooks the award winning Castle Park and The River Colne.

For large conferences, major corporate functions and fine dinner dances, quality, expertise and experienced Catering is provided by, the outside catering team of the award winning restaurant, Le Talbooth, supported by our in-house catering team.

Charter Hall is located at Colchester Leisure World, East Anglia's unrivalled health and fitness facility for sport, recreation, relaxation and entertainment and the site provides over 400 free car parking spaces.

Just one hour's drive from London, 50 minutes from Stansted Airport and 30 minutes from Harwich port, Colchester is perfectly positioned on the A12 corridor for business tourism.
