Set in the peaceful, historic town of Old Windsor, and part of Principal Hayley Hotels & Conference Venues, Beaumont Estate is set in over 40 acres of sprawling landscaped grounds and has 414 bedrooms, 75 meeting rooms and the capacity to host up to 550 delegates in the largest conference suite. Beaumont Estate is possibly one of the largest residential conference and training venues in the UK and is made up of four unique areas:
Beaumont House is the main conference and training venue and home to the largest suite, the Hanover, which can accommodate 550 delegates theatre style or 480 for dinner. It also has 388 bedrooms, of which 58 are brand new, 16 duplex rooms, the main restaurant, a Tempus Bar & Grill and leisure club, including swimming pool and fully-equipped gym.
The Chapel is one of those discoveries that you would never expect to find and, following part of an £8.1 million restoration in 2008, this breathtaking, 19th century room is an amazing setting for that lavish banquet or gala dinner. It can accommodate up to 120 for dinner.
The White House is the boutique-style wing to Beaumont Estate and has also benefitted from part of the recent refurbishment. With 26 premium deluxe bedrooms or luxurious suites, it’s an ideal place to treat your VIPs or reward your board with an exclusive private dining experience. Finally, the conference village is made up of four fully self-contained venues with main meeting room and syndicate rooms, ideal for exclusive hire with internet access, unlimited tea and coffee making facilities and lunch serving stations.
