The largest lakeside suite comfortably caters for around 175 guests or more for an informal event, whilst the stylish Palms Conservatory seats 120+, or larger parties when utilised with the adjacent Henley Suite. Six further purpose built function suites can cater for between 10 and 100 delegates plus 8 smaller syndicate rooms can each accommodate workshops of eight. Banqueting options include private and formal dinners for up to 200 guests or less for set menu or selector options, and informal buffet-style catering for a maximum of 300.

Location and Parking
Lye Green Road is off the A4189 Henley-in-Arden/Warwick Road. From Junction 15 M40, take A46 south west for Stratford-upon-Avon for 200 yards, then follow signs to Henley-in-Arden for 1½ miles, turning left at the 'T' junction on to the A4189 for Henley-in-Arden and Claverdon. After 3 miles, on entering village area of Claverdon, look out for directional sign to Shrewley and brown sign to Ardencote Manor Hotel (right turn). Take this turn: hotel is approximately 1 mile on right.
