Venue Description
Internationally renowned Aintree Racecourse is the ideal venue for all of your event requirements. Standing in 270 rural acres of land, Aintree offers an atmosphere conducive to working, thinking and relaxing.
Following a £35million redevelopment programme, Aintree Racecourse now boasts 2 additional grandstands and an exhibition pavilion. These additions to the racecourse increase our facilities to accommodate conferences in excess of 500 delegates and large scale exhibitions with 3700m2 of exhibition space within the Aintree Equestrian Centre.
FACILITIES
Earl of Derby Grandstand and Lord Sefton Grandstand
Sunloch Suite and Golden Miller Suite First floor function rooms. Exquisite views of the racecourse from balcony areas to the front and rear of the stands. These Suites can accommodate dinners for 450 guests and conferences for up to 650 guests.
Papillion Suite and Corbiere Suite Third floor function rooms. Prime suites for corporate dinners or conferences for up to 300 guests
Princess Royal Grandstand
Exhibition Suite Ground floor. A popular venue for exhibitions and car launches.
Tommy Wallis Suite Second floor. This room is ideal for conferences and exhibitions of up to 250 delegates.
Merryman Suite Third floor. This Suite can be used as one large meeting area (41.9m x 6.1m) or as 10 private meeting rooms. These 10 boxes are glass fronted, with panoramic views of the Grand National Course. They offer complete blackout facilities and are ideal meeting areas for 10-15 delegates.
Princess Royal Suite Fourth floor. This spectacular suite offers panoramic views of the racecourse and is the ideal location for gala dinners and conferences.
Queen Mother Grandstand
Valentine Suite Ground floor. Suitable for conferences and dinners for 150-200 guests.
Becher's Suite Second floor. This is an intimate room suitable for meetings and dinners for 50-100 guests. There are balcony areas overlooking Red Rum Garden and the racecourse.
Private Boxes
Private Boxes incorporating nine private meeting areas located on the first floor and seven located on the third floor.

Aintree is located on the A59, with links to major motorways through the M57 and M58.
Liverpool and Manchester airports are only 40 minutes away.
Aintree train station is within 5 minutes walking distance.
