Hi-tech central London conference & events venue, Congress Centre, has recently upgraded AV facilities in the Council Chamber, the second largest events space in the popular 1950s listed modernist venue.
The stunning wood-panelled Council Chamber, which has a capacity of up to 160 theatre style or 200 standing, now boasts a new digital sound desk and HD projector enabling 1920-1080p. The room has also been completely re-wired with new front-of-house speakers, a large wide screen and built-in rack to make it more user-friendly.
According to Ruby Chagger, Conference & Sales Manager at Congress Centre, “The Council Chamber now has in-house AV facilities to rival those in Congress Hall, our largest events space, which means that there’s no need for event organisers to bring in external AV equipment to achieve outstanding results.”
