Sponsored Newsletters

All advertisers can pay to sponsor one of our fortnightly emails. Our email newsletters are received by the registered by the registered users of venuefinder.com and the ABC audited subscribers of the printed directory. They are a great way to highlight forthcoming events, promote special offers and maximise your exposure throughout the year. We have four newsletter options to choose from:

Fortnightly email: visibility to around 27,000 UK event organisers. Your venue would supply the content for half of our newsletter. This would consist of 150 words, 4 images, full contact details and a hotlink to your site.

Prize Draw email: same as the fortnightly email plus a one month prize draw promotion. the competition will appear on venuefinder.com through the competition page and homepage and will also be mentioned in the following month's newsletter.

Quarterly email: visibility to around 60,000 UK event organisers. Target our own users and those that visit Confex Group's show International Confex.

Bespoke email: a dedicated email can be sent to our entire Confex Group database of over 60,000 event organisers, including text, images and your logo.
