Searcys announces measures to support event organisers

Published: 26 Mar 2020

In 173-year history, Searcys has seen many wonderful events grace their venues, but also significant world-wide challenges. As a company, Searcys holds founder John Searcys’ values close to their hearts and will be there to support their teams, partners and customers in the best way they can.

In these unpredictable times, Searcys would like to confirm that their central events team Exclusive Events is making every practical step to offer as much support possible. The hospitality company has implemented a series of measures to assist organisers with future and existing bookings, with their dedicated Exclusive Events team on hand to help with any enquiries and planning.

  1. Exclusive Events team is working, albeit remotely, between 09.00 and 17.00 every day, Monday to Friday, and is here to help you. Please call on 020 7101 0220 or online at www.searcys.co.uk or drop a note to exclusive.events@searcys.co.uk.
  2. We use fully integrated cloud technology, with mobile and team-working systems, so are equipped and ready to support you remotely.
  3. If organisers feel any hesitancy with regards to an existing booking, Searcys will facilitate alternative arrangements through the Exclusive Events team.
  4. Events that were booked to take place at the closed venues after 19 March, in April or May this year, can be rescheduled for any time before the end of September 2020 with no cancellation charge.

In the meantime, Searcys continues to work in a variety of different ways, and you can stay up to date on all Searcys restaurants and venues via the website www.searcys.co.uk and social media @SearcysLondon. Keep an eye out for tips on baking and for cooking at home, which will be shared over the coming weeks. The company is also supporting its partners by sharing their stories and news across Searcys channels.
