Sundial Group starts the year with Gold for Customer Service

Sundial Group’s two business hotels, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire, have started the year on a high, being awarded the ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation' by BVA BDRC for providing excellent customer service in 2018.

The accreditation, which is based on customer feedback results from January to December 2018, is testament to the group’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional customer service at its two venues.

BVA BDRC is an award winning international consumer insight consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured around 365 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. Highgate House and Woodside were amongst 59 venues that achieved the highest Gold Standard accreditation.
