With more and more employers accepting that staff wellness is crucial to the success of their business, a luxury Thai spa at the heart of the New Forest National Park is launching two new Corporate Wellness workshops to breathe new life into the workplace.
A 2018 survey of 200 UK organisations by Aon Employee Benefits found 96 per cent of employers agreed there was a link between workplace health and performance, with healthy, active and relaxed employees more productive and likely to take fewer sick days.
