Over 100 event planners came together at London’s
QEII Centre last night (21 June) as one of central London’s largest venues showcased its world-class events spaces.
Arriving on the fourth-floor, beachgoers discovered the blank canvas spaces of the Rutherford and Abbey rooms had been totally transformed into a decadent
Copacabana Beach, where they enjoyed music straight from the heart of the carnival and escaped the bustle of city life thanks to massage angels.

Event-Trees pulled out all the stops to create an immersive and imaginative experience, providing the perfect sun-inspired backdrop for cocktails all the way from the beaches of Brazil, accompanied by regionally-inspired delicious canapé bites designed and delivered by
QEII’s in-house caterers,
QEII Taste by Leiths.
Diane Waldron, sales and marketing director of the QEII Centre, said: “
Creativity has always been part of the fabric of this great building and this event was aimed at showcasing our capabilities and demonstrating that all our rooms, large and small, can be transformed into fantastic immersive spaces. With creative thinking, strategic partnering and clever planning, the QEII Centre can be transformed into anything you imagine it to be.”
