Ten top venues join Venuefinder.com
Ten more venues have joined the Venuefinder.com portfolio in the past month, including several hotels, a golf course, a Manchester restaurant, a West Yorkshire conference centre, a TV studio and the Lee Valley White Water Centre.
A corporate day or half-day white water rafting on the London 2012 Olympic course at the Lee Valley White Water Centre can be combined with a meeting in one of two rooms.
The smaller room can host nine delegates, while the larger room has a capacity of 30 theatre-style and comes complete with AV including HD data projector, 143 inch projector screen, Blu-Ray DVD player and integrated speakers.
The Maidstone Studios features one of the largest TV floors, fully HD or SD equipped and is ideal for rehearsal space or as a sound stage. Other facilities include edit suites, a 120-capacity restaurant, offices for hire, along with make-up and wardrobe departments.
LIFE Centre Events is a large conference centre in West Yorkshire, with facilities for up to 2000 delegates. With a wide range of events suites, the venue also hosts Christmas Parties for groups ranging from 50 to 850, complete with catering, DJ and dance floor.
The latest hotels to join Venuefinder.com include the four-star Crowne Plaza Resort Colchester - Five Lakes, the Gateway to Wales Hotel & Leisure Club on the border of North Wales and Cheshire, plus the four-star Preston Marriott Hotel.
The latest golf course to sign-up is Dunham Forest Golf & Country Club in Cheshire. It has a wide range of rooms available with an experienced events team on hand. It even has a helipad for that grand entrance.
The Manchester restaurant now available to hire through venuefinder.com is Revolución de Cuba, a two-floor cocktail bar and cantina just off Manchester’s busy Deansgate. Revolución de Cuba also offers Cuban Cocktail Masterclasses and has several private dining areas.
The two other venues to have joined Venuefinder.com this month are Salters’ Hall (one of the 12 City of London livery buildings), and Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands, a spacious country house nestled between Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
Hothorpe Hall has eleven meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 160 delegates. Salters’ Hall has three beautifully furbished rooms for hire and a secluded city garden, that will open in later this month. It’s managed by Party Ingredients and can cater for receptions of up to 200 guests.
