Norton Park has been recognised
by a prestigious national awards scheme for its consistently high levels of service
and commitment to quality across its conferences and events.
Norton Park received the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation from BDRC
Continental, the UK’s largest independent research agency, based on event host
feedback and how likely they are to recommend a venue for a conference or
event.
Tom Fromm, General Manager at Norton Park, said: “
It’s fantastic to start 2017
with this accreditation from VenueVerdict. The achievement is testament to our
£320,000 programme of investment in upgrading and refurbishing areas of our
hotel including our Manor House meeting rooms, Hampshire Barn and spa reception,
and to the consistently high levels of service and quality we deliver for our
customers.
“Our approach means we’re constantly listening to our customers, inspired by
their choices and needs to improve and evolve. Norton Park‘s new innovative conference menu is the latest example of
this, which brings street food to conferences and events in the UK for the
first time, based on customer insight and extensive market research.
“We’re delighted that this approach continues to be recognised by event hosts
themselves and I would like to thank our team for their effort and passion to
deliver the very best.”
Norton Park has a wide range of fantastic conference and event facilities,
offering complete flexibility with a focus on providing a tailored service. 13
conference and meetings rooms offer state-of-the-art facilities including
dedicated and un-contended internet bandwidth. From the largest suite,
the Norton Suite seating up to 300 delegates to the smaller board rooms of the
Manor House, there is a room to suit all business needs.
For something a little different
the 17th century Tythe Barn makes an exceptional conference venue. And
thanks to our ongoing investment, the original oak beams, oak flooring and
thatched roof of this versatile and yet quintessentially English space now
combine with state-of-the-art underfloor heating and new fixtures and fittings;
ensuring that this popular venue can be enjoyed by more guests than ever
before, no matter what time of year.’
The hotel’s owner QHotels - named the No.1 Large Group at the annual
VenueVerdict awards in 2016 - achieved 10 Gold Standard accreditations across
the group, as the results for the first quarter are announced.
Natalie Wiseman, Client Services Manager – Hotels and Hospitality at BDRC
Continental, said: “Having finished 2016 as the No1. Large Group in the
VenueVerdict awards, it’s great to see QHotels bring in the New Year with 10 of
its venues achieving Gold Standard accreditations.”
