John Walden, Investors in People Practitioner, who conducted the assessment, said:

It was a pleasure and privilege to conduct this assessment. Sundial Group has a strong ethos and culture with regard to learning and development and there is a dedicated workforce who feel valued, appreciated and rewarded for their contribution.”

Tim Chudley, Managing Director of Sundial Group said:

"We are thrilled to retain our Investors in People Standard, having held it consistently now for 17 years. Having the expert accreditation of our people focused culture isn't just important to our clients but I know it also keeps our management processes targeted on what is most important; the engagement and morale of our teams.”
