“Congratulations
to all our winners who have done a remarkable job in not only promoting but
ensuring excellence,” said John Burchell, Operations Director at Hospitality
Assured. “The awards are in place to not only honour our deserving winners but
to set a standard in which others can aim for and of course surpass.
Hospitality excellence should be something we can all be proud of and our
winners certainly prove that. Our thanks must go to the Institute of
Hospitality and of course the fantastic Westminster Kingsway following a superb
awards event.”
The awards’
venue, Westminster Kingsway, has a proud history of hospitality education and
has recently undergone a multi-million pound refurbishment, providing an
excellent setting for what is currently the Institute’s Year of Learning. The
venue was able to showcase its facilities and offer the opportunity for
students to demonstrate their talents including a master class, with the Head
Chef from the Ritz, designing a signature desert for so many of the Institute
colleagues.
"Winning an award for the
most improved score was a real honour and testament to our team who work so
hard here at The Capital,” comments Kate Levin, General Manager at The Capital
Hotel. “We are thrilled to receive recognition for what we have achieved so far
and we are always striving to improve and build upon previous successes. We
look forward to working closely with Hospitality Assured in the future to
achieve these goals. "
Hospitality Assured is widely used in the
