Four Seasons opens in Dubai’s Financial Centre, Manchester gets another boutique offering, Premier Inn enters German market and ACC Liverpool is joined by Accor’s Pullman brand.

Four Seasons opens second Dubai hotel



Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)
has opened as the second Four Seasons property in the Emirate.

The 106-room, eight-storey business hotel has a Luna Sky Bar, which opens onto a wrap-around roof terrace and a Monogram events lounge adjoining the lower lobby, which can be hired for up to 50 theatre style or 16 boardroom style and connects to a business centre.

Guests at Four Seasons DIFC can also gain access to the beachfront sister property, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, which is a 15-minute drive.

Eclectic Hotels opens King Street Townhouse in Manchester



Manchester’s King Street Townhouse, part of the Eclectic Hotels group fully opened earlier this year.
This 40-bedroom boutique property has a hydrotherapy spa pool, which transforms into an outdoor heated infinity pool with amazing views over Manchester’s Town Hall when the shutter is raised.
The hotel’s South Terrace can host 100 sit-down or 150 for a drinks reception, while its two suites are on the fifth floor for the best cityscape views.

Frankfurt Messe gets Germany’s first Premier Inn



Premier Inn has entered the German hotel market by opening the doors at its debut site at Frankfurt Messe. The hotel welcomed its first guests on 22 February, ahead of its official opening, due to take place in April around IMEX.

The 210-bedroom hotel, next to the Messe Exhibition Ground and with great transport links into the city centre, marks the start of Premier Inn's broader expansion into the German market.

Since announcing its expansion, Premier Inn has secured around 600 new rooms in three German sites and is looking to open up to eight hotels in the first few years.

ACC Liverpool is joined by Accor’s Pullman brand



Accor Hotels has opened the Pullman Liverpool hotel at the city's King’s Dock, adjoining the ACC Liverpool.

The 216-room four-star hotel offers one executive suite and one junior suite.
Pullman Liverpool also has three meeting rooms and a dedicated executive floor with access to the exhibition centre.

There is also an executive lounge with seating for 35 people, and a multi-function room with capacity for 100 delegates, which can also be divided into two smaller rooms.

Other facilities include a fitness room, connectivity lounge, Dukes brassiere-style restaurant with 125 covers, and a bar and lounge that seats 58.
