Highgate House Strikes Gold for Customer Service

Sundial Group's Northamptonshire based hotel and conference venue, Highgate House, has received ‘VenueVerdict's Gold Standard Accreditation' for Q1 by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent research consultancy.

 

The accreditation, based on customer feedback results from April 2014 to March 2015, is testament to the venue’s ongoing dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

BDRC Continental obtained feedback from around 375 participating meeting venues and hotels in the UK and Ireland. Highgate House is amongst 36 venues that have achieved the Gold Standard accreditation.

Some of the customer comments that contributed to the accreditation include:

“There wasn't anyone on site who didn't smile at us all!”

“The team at Highgate House are so friendly and helpful - all our guests comment on it, and it makes our time there so much more enjoyable.”

“I have been in hotel and catering for 40 years and I must admit I’m very hard to please, but I couldn’t fault a single thing and I had a super day, one of which I will not forget for all the right reasons. And we will return in the future.”
