PCCC Unveils New Conference Space

Published: 14 Apr 2014

Park Crescent Conference Centre (PCCC), central London conference and meetings venue located in Great Portland Street, London W1, has re-launched its largest space, The Theatre, following a £250k makeover.

The project, designed by Peels, has seen the complete redesign of PCCC’s 300 capacity seated conference and meeting auditorium which also has a public entertainment licence for 620. This complements the other seven conference and seminar rooms at the central London venue.

The £250k new look Theatre is PCCC’s most versatile space with an elevated stage, new central lighting rig, new wooden flooring and statement exposed brick walls which bring warmth and texture to the room. Interchangeable black and white side panels are able to create the perfect atmosphere, moving from day to night with the flick of a switch. A dedicated entrance lobby also comes with two registration desks.

Speaking about PCCC, Kevin Coyne, Chair of the Publicity and Public Relations Committee, Rotary Club of St. Marylebone, Rotary International said: “I am looking forward to hosting our next Rotary meeting in the new Theatre. I’ve seen it since the makeover and it is now a fantastic space. The quality has improved but the price has remained the same so it is a real value for money venue.”

The Portland, The Nash and The Gulbenkian meeting rooms and the bar of The Theatre have also been refreshed as part of the makeover.
