Sundial Group has once again been accredited with the prestigious ‘Investors in People' Standard, reconfirming its commitment to the success and development of its employees.
The accolade sees the group continuing to hold the standard for an impressive 13 years, having first achieved it in 1999.
The ‘Investors in People' Standard is based on staff interviews and requires businesses to meet the standard across 39 different categories. It also helps businesses build a complete picture of how they are managing their people and where they can make improvements.
Tim Chudley, Managing Director of Sundial Group said,
"We are delighted to retain our ‘Investors in People' Standard, having held it consistently now for over 13 years. With much of the assessment based on staff interviews, the results not only show us where we've been successful, but also help us focus on areas for improvement so we can perform even better together in future.'
